As a cultural tourism conglomerate rooted in Hong Kong and Macao for over six decades, Shun Tak Group (“the Group”) is keen to be a positive social contributor actively connecting all sectors of the community. Recently, the Group was delighted to host a delegation visit to Macao for executives from Our Hong Kong Foundation (OHKF) and offered an immersive experience of cultural tourism demonstrating the Group’s diversified businesses under the “Tourism+” development strategy.
The day began with the iconic TurboJET journey from Hong Kong to Macao, followed by a curated itinerary that showcased Macao’s unique blend of heritage and innovation. The delegation visited Macau Tower, one of Macao’s most iconic tourist attractions and the first non-gaming attraction and international standard MICE venue managed and operated by the Group and enjoyed a 360-degree breathtaking view of Macao, Zhuhai, Hengqin, and some of the outlying islands of Hong Kong. What’s more, the delegation also explored an inspiring tour of the newly opened Poly Museum MGM and the spectacular Macau 2049 residency show at MGM Macau, experiencing Macao’s innovative practice of deeply integrating “technology + culture” to revitalise the cultural tourism industry.
Looking forward, the Group will continue to act as a bridge with its expertise, expand its reach by leveraging diverse platforms and collaborating with partners from all walks of life to actively promote regional development and prosperity.
