Shun Tak Group’s head office, located at Shun Tak Centre, has successfully obtained the “Excellent Class” certification under the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Certification Scheme by the Environmental Protection Department of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Concurrently, the Group has been awarded the “IAQwi$e Certificate – Excellence Level” by Hong Kong Green Organisation Certification.

The Group has actively participated in the IAQ Certification Scheme since its launch by the Environmental Protection Department, and received the “10-Year IAQ Certificate” in 2023 for maintaining consistent high standards over the past decade.

Under the Environmental Protection Department’s newly revised assessment scheme, which features enhanced stringency and comprehensiveness in air quality parameters, the Group has successfully passed all 12 stringent assessments through effective improvements in operational procedures and facilities.
