Macau Tower Convention & Entertainment Centre (“Macau Tower”), managed and operated by our Group, is the first non-gaming attraction and international standard MICE venue. In celebration of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the 25th anniversary of Macao’s return to the motherland, Macau Tower has been invited by China Media Group News Centre (“CCTV”) to participate in the “A New Macau in the Prosperous Era” live broadcast, jointly witnessing this significant historical moment.

To showcase Macau’s remarkable achievements over the 25 years since its return and strengthen the bond between Macau and the entire nation, CCTV has installed four 24-hour surveillance cameras systems at the Tower, complemented by advanced drone technology, to capture Macau’s vibrant cityscape comprehensively. Through multi-camera live broadcasting, the whole nation can witness Macau’s prosperous development day and night “under the same sky,” fully demonstrating the new chapter of Macau’s development in close connection with the motherland.

As an iconic structure in the Greater Bay Area and standing at 338 meters, Macau Tower is a member of both the World Federation of Great Towers and the Greater Bay Area Great Towers Alliance. A highlight of this broadcast features a spectacular lion dance performance at the Tower’s Skypark at Level 61, where eight colourful lions simultaneously circle the Tower’s edge in a 360-degree display, artfully blending Lingnan culture with modern architecture. This showcase exemplifies Macau’s innovative development and progress under the guidance of the “One Country, Two Systems” principle.

The Group will actively capitalize on the Central Government’s policy benefitting Macao and opportunities arising from national development.
