Shun Tak Holdings signed a technical service agreement with Greenland Holdings Corporation Limited*, a world-renowned company on the Fortune Global 500 list. The two parties will jointly develop an observation deck atop China International Silk Road Center in Xian, and look into more in-depth collaboration in diverse areas, such as commercial property investments, hotel operations and management, and hospitality businesses.

After completion of the China International Silk Road Center, it will become a modern skyscraper with 100 levels above ground, accommodating the Silk Road International Conference Center, high-end business zones, Grade A office space, a five-star hotel and a sky-high observation deck.
