Applauded by the industry for their contemporary luxurious design, two upcoming projects, Park Nova and Artyzen Singapore, have already swept a host of awards.

After clinching five awards at the Singapore edition of the 2022 “PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards”, the two projects proceeded to the Grand Final in December, beating contestants from other districts and adding four design awards under their belts. Park Nova was crowned “Best Condo Architectural Design (Asia)” and “Best Condo Landscape Architectural Design (Singapore)”, while Artyzen Singapore received the honor of “Best Hospitality Interior Design (Asia)” and “Best Hospitality Architectural Design (Singapore)”.
