Congratulations to NEW BUND 31 for clinching four new honors at key Asian property awards.

At the prestigious MIPIM Asia Awards held in Hong Kong last week, NEW BUND 31 was named the Bronze winner of Best Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure Project. The MIPIM Asia Awards celebrate excellence and innovation among the very best of the Asian real estate industry.

In addition to winning the award, the Group participated the concurrent event MIPIM Asia Summit where Mr. Peter Wynne (first from the right), Artyzen Hospitality Group’s Senior Vice President joined the Hospitality panel session to discuss post-pandemic industry opportunities and shared insights.

Excitements continue as NEW BUND 31 was earlier named the Best Mixed-Use Development and Best Landmark Development at the 10th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China).

To add icing on the cake, NEW BUND 31 won the Best Mixed-Use Development (Asia) at the 18th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final last week.
