The Group has always been committed to promoting exchange and collaboration among various stakeholders in society.
In early July, the Group hosted a delegation from Peking University Law School for an exchange session themed “The Integration of Legal Rules and Sharing Legal Practices between Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China” at Shun Tak Centre. The session was attended by over 30 faculty members and students. The delegation was led by Professor Guo Li, Dean and Party Secretary of Peking University Law School, and Professor Dai Xin, Vice Dean. The delegation was engaged in in-depth discussions with Shun Tak Group’s legal team. During the session, the Group’s legal team, comprising lawyers from the Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau, shared their “hands-on” experiences as in-house corporate lawyers with the visiting scholars and students. They also elaborated on the different legal systems of Hong Kong, Macau SARs and the Mainland China under the “One Country, Two Systems” principle. Both parties explored specific aspects of legal practices and regulations.
Shun Tak Group will continue to actively engage in exchanges and collaborations with stakeholders from various sectors of society, sharing the Group’s cross-industry expertise and experience. Together, we aim to contribute to the better future of Hong Kong and our country.
