Established in 1985, Shun Tak Property Management Limited (STPML) is a subsidiary of the Shun Tak Group. It is the first property management company to serve both Hong Kong and Macau and be awarded the internationally recognized quality management certificate ISO 9001 by the HKQAA. At the same time, STPML is a member of both the International Professional Security Association (IPSA) and the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI).

Our existing management portfolio comprises of residential, commercial and industrial properties in Hong Kong and Macau spanning over 10 million sq. ft. of floor space. Combining professional knowledge and skills of more than 600 employees, STPML is able to distinct itself through the provision of unsurpassed services in multiple areas including reliable security services, professional cleaning, preventative maintenance and repair, project works, legal advice and financial management.
